Naval Academy Athletics has partnered with gotügo for the 2013 Navy women’s lacrosse season! We wish the women’s team all the best, and support them in making the 2013 season a great one.
The women are preparing for the start of the season, which open with the Blue & White Scrimmage against the Davidson Wildcats at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, MD. The game will take place on Saturday, January 24, the time is scheduled to be announced at a later date.
Last season, the Navy women’s lacrosse team went on to win the Patriot League Championship, beating Holy Cross for the title. The women also made it to the NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse Championship, suffering a defeat to Duke University in the second round. (more…)
Last month was an exciting time for Ellicott City, MD, where the Arthritis Foundation hosted their annual Jingle Bell Walk/Run on December 7th, in an effort to raise money to support research on arthritis. The event generated an amazing turnout, resulting in a total donation amount of $100,000. We were proud to support the foundation along every step of the run, though this is only one of the many organizations that gotügo has contributed to in the past year.

Nov. 30, 2013 - GLEN BURNIE, MD -- The 2013 Maryland Irish Festival was a fabulous fun-filled celebration with a little help from gotügo's contribution...they had fantastic portable restroom service! Nov. 30, 2013 - GLEN BURNIE, Md. -- Gotügo is proud to be involved with Days End Farm Horse and Rescue, Inc. This is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization that ensures quality care and treatment of horses through intervention and education. They tend to as many as 50 - 80 horses year round with conditions ranging from deformities, infected wounds, crippling ailments, and more. This is one of many invaluable organizations that gotügo has contributed to in the year 2013.

Sep. 27, 2013 - Gotügo helps to make the Howard Community College Columbia Grand Prix a little more comfortable by donating their time and services to the event! The Classic Grand Prix was held at Marama Farm in Clarksville, MD on September 21, 2013. Along with the support of its sponsors, the Classic Grand Prix helped raise scholarship funds for the students at Howard Community College. Sep. 23, 2013 - Gotügo helps make the world a little cleaner along the Bread and Cheese Creek! Various restoration activities for the creek started back in 2009 and gotügo is proud to contribute to the efforts. These activities are focused on cleaning the historic creek also considered a severely polluted tributary in Maryland that feeds right into the Chesapeake Bay. Sep. 13, 2013 - Hospice Cup XXXII is coming to Annapolis, MD on September 21st with gotügo eager to support this important fundraiser! The Hospice Cup helps to raise funds for hospice programs throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. The focus for 2013 funds is Pediatric Hospice care and support. Participating hospices use funds raised through Hospice Cup to continue to offer quality, end-of-life care to patients, their families and friends. Sep. 12, 2013 - The Riviera Beach Volunteer Fire Department held their annual Bull Roast on September 6th with gotügo there to support, ready to roll!
Did you know...this fire department has been serving the communities of Riviera Beach since 1931? They have a total of 3 career persons per shift to staff the fire equipment and the ambulance...the rest are volunteers! This is one of many exciting events gotügo has supported in the year 2013.
